Joint Pain, Metacam (meloxicam) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) oral suspension for use for the treatment of pain and inflammation in dogs. It is available as 10 ml, 32 ml, 100 ml or 180 ml dropper bottles containing 1.5mg per ml and 15 ml dropper bottle containing 0.5mg per ml. It should not be used in the last third of pregnancy and should not be used in nursing animals. Do not use in animals with heart, kidney or liver disease.
